PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to the founding of Orion Partners LTD. Mr. Plehn was a Senior Member with Grubb & Ellis Company in Marin and Sonoma Counties, for twelve years, where he was a “Salesperson of the Year” and also “Top- Producer Overall.”

Mr. Plehn started in commercial real estate working as a Tenant Representation Broker for Julian J. Studley’ office in Los Angeles 28 years ago, specializing in the Downtown and Mid Wilshire districts.  Upon moving to Northern California, he became a general partner is his own firm which was acquired by Grubb & Ellis where he worked for 12 years.  Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Plehn was a commercial photographer. The last five years of that career were as the head photographer for the American Broadcasting Companies (ABC).
