PROFESSIONAL
BACKGROUND
Mr. Perlmutter
has a wide ranging real estate background, having worked as a realty officer
for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) since 1982, disposing
of surplus government property in the western United States, as a leasing
agent for the GSA, leasing space in the private sector for federal agencies,
as a Special Assistant to the Director of Leasing for GSA, as a residential
real estate agent for Merrill Lynch Realty, the Prudential California
Realty, and has served as a real estate consultant to various private
clients.
In 1985
Mr. Perlmutter was instrumental in selling 400 acres at Hamilton Air Force
Base to developers for $45 million. At the time it was the largest monetary
consideration ever achieved by the US General Services Administration
for a single property. In addition, Mr. Perlmutter worked as Assistant Vice President for Sales and Land Management for the Catellus Development Corporation. He has been associated with Orion Partners Ltd. since 1995.

EDUCATION
Mr. Perlmutter
holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Journalism from the University
of the City, New York. In addition, he has completed numerous real estate,
investment, computer and self-improvement courses at the College of Marin. |
