BACKGROUND
Mr. Palma's
focus is representing investors in purchasing commercial real estate and
leasing office, high tech and R&D industrial buildings.
Mr. Palma
began his real estate career in 1985 with Keegan & Coppin Company
in Santa Rosa, where he was consistently one of the top producers in the
office. To date, he has sold or leased more than 1.3 million square feet
in Sonoma County.
Along with
coordinating the marketing and leasing of major business parks, office
and industrial buildings, Mr. Palma is experienced in 1031 exchanges,
build-to-suit transactions, tenant representation, real estate analysis
and land sales. Additionally, he has completed the most comprehensive
real estate program available, graduating with a CCIM designation from
the Commercial Real Estate Institute.

EDUCATION
Mr. Palma
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business from
State University of New York at Albany. He has completed numerous classes
for his graduate work in business at University of Texas at Dallas. |

REPRESENTATION
The Lakes
Santa Rosa Corporate Center a 137,000 square foot Class A office project
represented original developer and successive owners from 1986 to present.
Fountaingrove
Center
A 180,000 square foot Class A office project represented Copley Advisors
from 1993-1996 took over project when it was 60% occupied to 92% occupied
in twelve months during real estate recession.
Santa
Rosa Corporate Center
A 250,000 square foot R&D/Flex complex represented original developer
from 1986 until it was fully leased.

Point Office Park
A 450,000 square foot Class A office project represented Simons &
Brecht Inc. and leased over 170,000 square feet from 1999 to present.

Rosa Business Park
1260 N. Dutton Avenue "The Atrium" 50,000 square feet of office
building represented owners and brought it from 75% leased to 100% leased.
