BACKGROUND
Mr. Ongaro is an
Office Leasing and Investment Properties Specialist with
Orion Partners Ltd., focusing on Marin County
properties. A top producer with the firm's Marin County
team, he has sold or leased many of Marin County's most
prestigious properties. In the past two years, Mr.
Ongaro completed 73 deals valued at more than $150
million.
Prior to joining
Orion Partners, Mr. Ongaro began his real estate career
with Grubb & Ellis Company in 1986 as a research
director; he was named "Rookie of the Year" for his
sales efforts in Marin County in 1988 and "Top Producer"
in 1990. In January of 1996, Mr. Ongaro left Grubb &
Ellis to form Orion Partners Ltd. with nine other
experienced real estate agents, and was the top producer
