Christy performs extensive market research to achieve maximum property exposure for her owner-clients, whether finding a tenant, or a buyer, for a property.  For her investors, she performs exhaustive searches of properties on the market, and will uncover properties currently not on the market as acquisition targets. Together, with her clients, she assists in strategy development to make the most of their commercial real estate portfolio.

Christy holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management at U. C. Davis and a Bachelor of Arts from U. C. Davis.  She was awarded the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM).
