BACKGROUND

Sandra Hess joined Orion Partners Ltd. in early 2004. In addition to her role as an Agent with Orion. she assists several of Orion's Brokers with the leasing of several prominent Marin properties and facilitates the management of the Orion database.

Sandra also manages several family-owned California-based commercial properties. Prior to jpining Orion, she was the on-site manager of 115 residential units in San Francisco, managing both office and maintenance staff.

Sandra's professional background is in marketing and advertising with nationally recognized advertising agencies and political fundraising. Born in San Francisco, and raised in Marin, Sandra loves a challenge and thrives on the laissez-faire nature of the commercial real estate industry.
