BACKGROUND
Gerry Heermann
has been in commercial real estate since 1975 and is a founding member
of Orion Partners Ltd. Formerly with CB Commercial, he was named First
Vice President and was consistently one of the top producers in the San
Francisco office. He has sold more than $65 million worth of properties
and has leased more than 1.1 million square feet of space.
Mr. Heermann
has been brokering in Marin and Sonoma Counties since 1987 and has sold
several prominent properties including 950 Northgate Drive in San Rafael,
17 Paul Drive in San Rafael; 24 & 36 Professional Center Parkway in
San Rafael, the BMC West building at 5300 Commerce Blvd. in Rohnert Park,
46 Galli Drive in Novato and 495 Miller Avenue in Mill Valley. Mr. Heermann
has negotiated numerous leases on behalf of office and industrial tenants
throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties.
