PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Active in commercial real estate in Marin County since 2000, Mr. Hart had previously been with Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc. A significant portion of Bill Hart's business involved the purchase of properties by the business users for industrial, retail and office properties. He has also been very involved in commercial condo projects. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Bill Hart was involved in design and sales of pollution control equipment for factories and additionally owned and operated sales organizations.

EDUCATION

Mr. Hart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis. Mr. Hart is also a California registered Professional Engineer in Chemical Engineering.
