Mr. DJ Graves has more than four years professional/sales experience in the Sonoma and Marin Counties.  Currently, Mr. Graves specializes in Industrial Sales, Office Leasing, Investments, and the winery market.  He is extremely dedicated to exceeding expectations in sales, marketing, and informational management.

EDUCATION

Certificate of Completion for the CA Real Estate Principles Course, a CA Real Estate Salesperson License, along with a
Vehicle Salesperson License.

RECENT TRANSACTIONS

Arcturus Marine Systems
Represented the tenant, and negotiated a five year lease for 17,100 sf of warehouse space at 577 Martin Avenue in Rohnert Park.
Soiland Company
Represented Soiland as the Landlord and Renegade Classics as Tenant in a Dual Agency for a 3,000 sf warehouse lease at 3433 Regional Parkway in Santa Rosa.  We also leased 1,588 sf of office space downstairs in the building to a dental lab in August 2006.
Multi-Contact USA
Represented Multi-Contact USA in their expansion into more space at 5610 Skylane Boulevard.
601 Aviation Boulevard
Represented the sellers for the Sonoma Metal Products building in Santa Rosa, California.  This was a 53,929 sf building off of Aviation Boulevard in the airport area.
Allied Precision Machining
Represented both the Owner and Allied Precision Machining in a dual agency at 7677 Bell Road, for a five year, 10,704 sf lease in Windsor, California.
