PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mr. Eisberg is a Leasing Specialist with Orion Partners Ltd., focusing on Marin and Sonoma County properties. Mr. Eisberg has been a top producing broker with over eighteen years of experience. His primary focus has been representing office, R&D and warehouse projects in Marin and Sonoma counties. Mr. Eisberg specializes in representing progressive Class "A" business park developers and owners. He also represents North Bay employers in their office/R&D and warehousing space requirements.

Prior to joining Orion Partners Ltd., Mr. Eisberg was with Keegan & Coppin, where he was the top producer of the company in 1995 and 1996 and has been one of the top producers at Orion Partners Ltd. since he joined. He has leased many of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties' most prestigious properties including the Gateway Building - 17 East Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Larkspur, Marin Technology Center in San Rafael, Golden Gate Plaza, Novato, Hamilton Landing in Novato, Redwood Business Park in Petaluma and Cader Lane Industrial Park in Petaluma.

Mr. Eisberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California - Berkeley.

PROJECT REPRESENTATION

Hamilton Landing - Hangar Road, Novato
Represents this former military base conversion. 7 Hangars of 56,000 square feet each for a total of 535,000 square feet of office space, one of the largest campus opportunities in the Bay Area. Brian was involved with the sale of this project to the current developer and has recently leased over 200,000 square feet of office space to various Marin County residents.
Marin Technology Center-1600 Los Gamos Rd, San Rafael
Currently representing owner. Took over leasing of this facility when Fireman's Fund moved out of this two tenant 500,000 square foot facility (Marin County's largest office property) and supervised re-leasing to date, bringing in top credit tenancy such as Foundation Health and LucasFilms and reducing vacancy from over 80% to less than 5% (including some very difficult space). Came up with new name for facility as well.
Cader Lane Industrial Park, Petaluma

Exclusively represented developer in leasing over 150,000 square feet of high-end industrial/office space. Was also involved in the recent sale of two buildings in this park.
Redwood Business Park, Petaluma

Exclusively leased for over 10 years, assisting developer with leasing of over 800,000 square feet of new office and R&D space in various one, two and three story buildings.
Golden Gate Plaza, Novato
After selling land to developer, and selling portion of this land to Novato Community Hospital, leased first three story 62,234 square foot office building from 0% to 100%, and second 52,170 square foot office building from 0% to 84%.
300 Tamal Plaza Building, Corte Madera
Assisted in the leasing of the 19,782 square foot office building from 25% to 100% leased.
Gateway Building - 17 E. Sir Francis Drake, Larkspur
Took over leasing responsibilities, bringing the project to 100% leased.
Regency Center I, San Rafael
Represented landlord/developer, after finding his first tenant for him, brought this building from 0% leased to 95% leased before developer moved in and took over leasing the small balance personally.
Town Center Offices - 770 Tamalpais Drive, Corte Madera
Represented original developer in lease-up of the three story, 75,400 square foot office building over retail at Corte Madera Town Center. Took building from 0% leased to over 90% leased.

Truetime, Inc.
Representing TrueTime in search for new location in North Bay. Has negotiated their lease for new space in Westwind Business Center.
Nokia / Diamond Lane Communications

Representing Nokia in search for new 100,000 to 180,000 square foot office/manufacturing campus location in North Bay.Represented Diamond Lane Communications for their current 70,000 square foot office and manufacturing facilities in Petaluma in four separate transactions.
Fireman's Fund
Leased 51,000 square feet in Petaluma for Training offices and Environmental Law offices. Leased 35,000 square feet in San Rafael for Specialty Lines Division. Leased 20,000 square feet in Santa Rosa for local branch office and legal offices.

Leased 25,000 square feet in Santa Rosa for computer operations.
Cal-Bay Mortgage
Represented Cal-Bay Mortgagein their purchase of a 15,000 square foot office building in Petaluma for relocation of headquarters. Represented Cal-Bay Mortgagein re-leasing 30,000 square feet of office space in San Rafael, as well as on-going market consulting.
First California Mortgage Company
Represented First California Mortgage Company in six transactions for over 75,000 square feet, including corporate relocation form San Rafael to Petaluma.
LucasArts Entertainment Company
Leased 51,000 square feet for expansion and relocation of headquarters. Then assisted in leasing of 50,000 square feet for expansion over following several years. Leased 5,000 square feet of warehouse for storage of product and toys.
AutoDesk, Inc.
Leased 2,000 square feet of warehouse in Novato for dead storage. Recently subleased 40,000 square feet in two buildings. Leased 90,000 square feet of office and production space in Petaluma.
County of Marin
Represented County of Marin in leasing and then purchasing 60,000 square feet of buildings at 10 and 20 North San Pedro Road, San Rafael. Represented County of Marin in leasing 8,000 square feet for various field offices in Novato.
LucasFilm Ltd.
Represented LucasFilm Ltd. in leasing 20,000 square feet of office and 9,000 square feet of stage space in San Rafael for THX division relocation from Skywalker Ranch. Represented LucasFilm Ltd. in leasing 10,000 square feet of warehouse space in San Rafael for various storage requirements. Represented LucasFilm Ltd. in leasing 10,000 square feet of office space for LucasFilm Ltd. and George Lucas Education Foundation.

Represented LucasDigital Ltd. (Industrial Light & Magic) in subleasing 15,000 square feet of excess office space in San Rafael. Represented LucasDigital Ltd. in leasing 500 square feet of office space for IRS audit compliance in San Rafael.
