PROFESSIONAL
BACKGROUND
A founding
partner of Orion Partners Ltd., Mr. Cranford specializes in leasing and
investment property sales.
A resident
of Marin County for 30 years and in commercial real estate for the past
18 years, Mr. Cranford was previously with Grubb & Ellis, having joined
them in 1984. He has handled the sale of all types of commercial real
estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings,
and land. Mr. Cranford joined Orion Partners in January, 1996. In 1986,
he was one of the top three Grubb & Ellis producers. In 1989, he was
the number one producing broker for the Marin County office of Grubb &
Ellis, and was one of the top three producers in 1990, 1993 and 1994.
He was the top producer for Orion Partners Ltd. in 1998 and again in 1999.
In 2000 he was one of the top four producers for Orion. From 2001-2006,
Mr. Cranford has been in the Top Three Producers in the Marin County
Office.

Mr. Cranford
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Virginia Military Institute
and has completed courses in Business Administration at the University
of California, Berkeley. |

Leased 15,000 square feet to major tenants such as Lawgic Publishing (9,000
square feet). Assisted the owner in a turn-around on the property since
the acquisition of the building. Sold the building after a successful
leasing program.

Leased over 10,000 square feet and assisted in the renovation of the property.

Bayview

Sold three buildings and responsible for the leasing of that property
as rollover occurred. Additionally, sold three lots to owner/users totaling
over 114,000 square feet of space in three new buildings.

Sold the building to the current owner who built a new 75,000 square foot
