PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Ralph Cole is a Leasing and Investment Properties Specialist.  He has done extensive commercial leasing and sales.  His sales have included large shopping centers, offices, industrial and commercial buildings, banks, restaurants, nightclubs, apartment buildings, post offices, land, and an opera house.  Ralph is one of the most experienced in the industry, having had his Broker’s license since 1947.

Prior to being a founding member of Orion Partners Ltd., Mr. Cole was associated with Grubb & Ellis Company and Frank Howard Allen Company in San Rafael, California.  Previously, he was a District Manager for Pacific Bell where his responsibilities included real estate, regulatory, statistical, and accounting management.  He was a participant in the formation of Pac-Tel Properties, the real estate subsidiary of Pacific Telesis.  Mr. Cole served with distinction in European combat in World War II, and retired as a Colonel and Chief of Staff in the U.S. Army Reserves in 1979.

EDUCATION

Mr. Cole graduated from Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from Stanford University. He is a graduate of the National War College Defense Strategy, the United States Army War College, the Command and General Staff College, and the Coro Foundation.
