PROFESSIONAL
BACKGROUND
Before joining Orion Partners Ltd., Mark was
a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group. Previously, he
was the Marketing Director for Colliers Investment Services Group, and
during that time had been involved in the successful disposition of over
$2.5 Billion of high quality commercial real estate assets, including the
$263 Million sale of the Basin Street Portfolio consisting of high-profile
office properties in Marin and Sonoma counties. Before joining Colliers,
Mark ran the marketing division of an information consulting firm with a
worldwide clientele. Mark spent four years in the South African Defense
Force where he reached the rank of Lieutenant and commanded an Infantry
Company in an elite unit.
In addition to his marketing experience,
Mark uses his experience in graphic design and computer systems to prepare
marketing materials in-house and administer the marketing and due
diligence process.
Mark is a past Treasurer of the Belden Club in San Francisco, a past
Chairman of the Marin Cricket Club, and a past Director of the Northern
California Cricket Association.
