PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mr. Beisler has been continuously active in Bay Area real estate since 1985. He has handled the sale and leasing of all types of commercial real estate, including office, shopping centers, apartment buildings and development opportunities.

In 1999 Basic Capital Management Inc., of Dallas, Texas, a real estate advisor for five publicly traded companies recruited him as a Vice President and in-house broker. He successfully completed over $32 million of transactions all over California. In September 2000, Mr. Beisler returned to the Bay Area and joined Orion Partners, Ltd.


EDUCATION

Mr. Beisler attended Indiana University with majors in Business Administration and Education. He regularly attends advanced real estate courses.
