Jerry Angel specializes in the leasing and sale of
comercial properties throughout the county. Hi smain
focus is the Marin and Sonoma market, but he is also
very active in the sale of investment properties
throughout the country. Mr. Angel has spect the last 25
years actively involved in real estate, both as an agent
and as an investor/developer. Mr. Angel's experience
ranges broadly and includes the sale and leasing of
professional office buildings, industrial parks,
shopping centers, residential development land, medical
buildings, apartment buildings and low cost housing. He
has handled sales from $350,000 to $42 Million. He has
sold numerous NNN investments throughout the country.
Mr. Angel was a candidate for Marin COunty Tax Assessor
in 1994.

market exceeds $900,000,000 in completed transactions.
